Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to all 50 US states and to select international destinations. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Shipping cost. Standard shipping is free on all US orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout by USPS or DHL Express based on destination and weight.

Processing time. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates. Most US orders arrive within 3-10 business days after processing. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Duties and taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Problems with your order. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, email info@govums.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. See our Refund policy for details.
