At Govums, we’re committed to delivering a great experience — from the moment your order arrives to the last gummy. Because our products are consumable, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unused items.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include photo verification of the damaged product
Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions to return the product. After the item is received, you will have the option of a refund or replacement.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns based on taste preference or personal results
- Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible
